RYAN LANDREY STARTED FROM THE BOTTOM
Ryan’s cannabis journey began in Michigan, where he started as a package associate before quickly moving up the company ladder to become an inventory supervisor.
Overseeing multiple departments within a grow facility, Ryan developed a strong skill set in process optimization, ensuring discrepancies were caught dead in their tracks!
MAKING BIG MOVES
By mid-2021, an opportunity presented itself, and Ryan found himself moving 900 miles away to Oxford, Mississippi, where cannabis was set to become legal for medical patients at the start of 2022.
Ryan helped establish operation processes and compliance protocols from the ground up for a new start-up facility, eventually working his way to become the facility’s Compliance Manager.
TODAY'S EXCITING OPPORTUNITIES
With the Illinois cannabis market evolving and opportunities arising, along with Ryan wanting to come back to sweet home Chicago, he returned home to continue his adventure in cannabis.
With priorities in consumer safety, product quality, positive work culture, and strong biosecurity measures, Ryan found a perfect match with the visions that both Kate and Dave have for their company.
