OUR LICENCE
Culinary Cannabis Company holds a Social Equity License as an Infuser in the State of Illinois. This license allows the company to handle extracts and concentrates for the purposes of manufacturing Edibles, Topicals, and Vapes. We have partner companies that handle plant materials for items such as pre-rolls and loose flowers packs, and we are happy to facilitate those relationships for you.
DISTRIBUTION
Due to the current regulatory environment, our products are only available through licensed dispensaries and cannot be transported out of Illinois as they contain THC derived from cannabis.
CONSUMER SAFETY
Culinary Cannabis Company prides itself on operating at the highest levels of safety to ensure quality for every consumer. We utilize guidelines developed at the Federal level, and we conform to FSMA, SQF, and ASTM standards. Because of our dedication to Food Safety, we require all raw materials suppliers of cannabis and non-cannabis items to provide COAs of all ingredients, Insurance, W9, and Hold Harmless documentation along with SQF or any 3rd party audit certification.
